Grace Eunhye Lee is an IP expert, qualified as both a Korean Patent Attorney and a U.S. Attorney at Law. Drawing on extensive intellectual property experience gained at leading domestic and international IP law firms, as well as a major corporation, she provides comprehensive IP services, including global IP prosecution, disputes, commercializing, and IP training, designed to expand businesses and enhance technical competitiveness.

Ms. Lee’s technical expertise spans a broad range of fields, including electronics, telecommunications, semiconductors, computers, and software, as well as ICT technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), big data, blockchain, IoT, and smart factories. She also has extensive practical experience in medical devices, energy technologies, secondary batteries, and electronic materials. Ms. Lee is particularly recognized for her ability to accurately identify the core aspects of technologies and to develop effective IP strategies that comprehensively consider both commercialization potential and enforceable patent protection.

In addition, Ms. Lee has served as an evaluator and review committee member for invention and technology assessment programs, and has also lectured on intellectual property matters for government officials from ASEAN countries as part of IP education and capacity-building programs. Through these activities, she continues to contribute to the advancement of intellectual property systems and the development of IP professionals both domestically and internationally. She also actively engages with IP professionals worldwide to stay current with evolving trends and best practices in the intellectual property field.
