He handles a broad range of intellectual property matters in various mechanical and apparatus fields, including automotive components, defense technologies, secondary batteries, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, aerospace, and robotics.

Mr. Kim\\\\\\\'s core practice covers domestic and international patent prosecution and Office Action (OA) responses, as well as competitor patent landscape analyses and design-around reviews. In particular, Mr. Kim has handled matters involving mechanical, electrical and electronic technologies, and control systems in which multiple components operate in an integrated manner. He is experienced in analyzing control flows and interactions among system components and translating such technical features into effective patent protection strategies and claim scope.

With a degree in Automotive Engineering, Mr. Kim possesses a strong technical understanding of mechanical structures, apparatuses, electrical and electronic systems, and control systems.
