Ms. Duksoon Shin is a partner at LEE & MOCK IP and handles a broad range of domestic and international intellectual property matters.
Since passing the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2005, Ms. Shin has advised major Korean corporations on domestic and foreign patent prosecution, intellectual property trials and litigation, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analyses, patent searches and analyses, IP portfolio development, and enforcement strategies.
