As the Team Leader of the English Translation Team in the Overseas Department, Ms. Yeonsook Yoon facilitates effective communication between clients and translators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality translations.

Ms. Yoon has over 20 years of translation experience and approximately 10 years of experience as a translation complaint resolution specialist. One of her hobbies is learning languages, and she continues to study Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and Spanish, in addition to English.
